Job summary

A leading fast-food chain is seeking a Regional Data Head to lead the data agenda across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. The candidate will drive strategic data integration and ensure high data quality while supporting commercial teams with actionable insights. This role requires a strong data leadership background and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. RegionalDataHeadtoleadourdataagendaacrossKFCUK,IrelandandEurope.ThisleaderwilldrivethestrategicintegrationandoperationalizationofYum’sGlobalDataHub,enhancestoreandfranchiseedataquality,accelerateadoptionofcentralizedBIandanalyticsproducts,andpartnerwithkeystakeholderstoenablescalable,insight-leddecisionmakingacrossmarketsintheregion.

RegionalDataStrategy & Ownership

• DefineandowntheregionaldatastrategyalignedtoYum’sglobalstandards,withflexibilityformarket-specificneeds.
• Championtheuseofcentralizeddataassets,includingdataplatform,BIandAI,acrossfranchiseandequitymarkets.
• BuildandmaintainacleardataroadmapforUKI&Europe,includingprioritizationofhigh-impactdataproductsandcapabilities.

DataGovernance & Quality

• Leadeffortstoimprovestore,franchisee,andtransactiondataaccuracyandtimeliness.
• PartnerwithTechnology,Ops,andLegaltoimplementstandardsforvendorcompliance(e.g.,POSVendorStandards).
• Driveadherencetodatagovernanceframeworks,includingmetadatamanagement,lineage,andSLAexpectations.

BusinessPartnership & Enablement

• ActastheprimarydatapartnertoregionalCFOs,CMOs,COOs,andDigitalOfficers.
• Supportcommercial,marketing,andoperationsteamswithtimely,actionableinsightsandtrustedreporting.
• Translateglobaldataplatformstrategyintobusiness-relevantoutcomesattheregionallevel.

Cross-FunctionalLeadership
