  • Develop and deliver a Trust‑wide communications and engagement strategy that builds understanding, trust and support for our goals.
  • Provide expert advice during major projects and incidents, ensuring clear, confident messaging.
  • Drive innovation in engagement, strengthening relationships with staff, stakeholders and communities.
