The Director of Change & Business Operations will play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation and operational excellence at King. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery leading change initiatives shaping operational strategies and ensuring alignment across functions. Partnering closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams the Director will oversee business operations guide integration projects and mentor teams to embed efficient scalable and sustainable ways of working across the company. You’ll report to the VP Business Operations and be dedicated to King working within the Business Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee organisational change projects within King.
  • Manage the Business Operations team and oversee operational decisions across King. Assist the VP Business Operations in setting an operations strategy.
  • Co‑ordinate and lead projects both across the Business Operations team remit (E.g. Events IT Org change Workplace) and King projects.
  • Closely partner with Workplace on Company real estate projects and day‑to‑day operational decisions.
  • Improve knowledge management including the external website Kingfluence internal resource Job Descriptions SharePoint etc.
  • Manage & develop central King policies and procedures.
  • MSFT Integration : Help PM integration projects as we continue to harmonize some of our products tools and teams to MSFT standards.
  • Lead manage and mentor a team of EAs across the business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including executive leadership department leads and employees.
