  • Expansion: Deepening relationships and selling into existing enterprise accounts.

  • Net‑New Acquisition: Hunting and closing significant, multi‑million dollar deals with new Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and CRO clients.

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)
  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive, proven success in strategic business development or commercial roles.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and close multi‑million dollar deals or strategic partnerships.
  • Industry Expertise: A deep, current understanding of the Clinical Research landscape, patient recruitment challenges, and the key players (Pharma, Biotech, CROs).
  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA highly preferred).
  • Hunter Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and complex contract management skills, coupled with a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
