Level: based on experience (six figures)

  • Deep & long-term technical expertise in: POS, POP, Signage, Display etc
  • Deep & long-term experience in Tobacco OR Alcoholic Beverage Vertical/Market
  • Seasoned Senior Commercial Leadership profile (Sales, BD, AM etc)
  • Career so far predominantly in SME/SMB and/or start-up environments (>250 people)
  • Experience working for manufacturer/producer (not just a middleman/procurer)
  • Great talker and great listening (key part of company culture/philosophy)
