About the Role

We’re working with a leading real estate consultancy to appoint a Director-level Building Surveyor to join their Oxford Building & Project Consultancy team.

The Opportunity
  • Take a leading role in delivering and overseeing a broad range of building surveying instructions
  • Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to investors, occupiers, and developers
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to the team’s technical and commercial development
  • Lead on professional and project-based work including: Technical due diligence and pre-acquisition surveys, Dilapidations (landlord and tenant), Project management, refurbishment, and contract administration, Building pathology, reinstatement cost assessments, and defect analysis
  • Drive new business through your network and by developing long-term client partnerships
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated, strategic advice across the property lifecycle
About You
  • MRICS Qualified with substantial post-qualification experience within commercial Building Surveying
  • Confident leading client relationships and delivering complex technical and project work
  • Proven track record of generating repeat business and building trusted partnerships
