A leading healthcare institution in Cambridge seeks a Director of Insight and Analytics to lead the development of insights and planning functions. We are seeking an exceptional leader to join us as Director of Insight and Analytics.
This post is central to the delivery of our Trust strategy and is responsible for leading the development of the new insights, analytics and planning directorate.
This newly formed directorate will bring together existing teams as well as building new capacity to provide board-level information to provide early warning of deteriorating metrics and enable effective decision making at all levels in the organisation.
This role requires an expert leader in data sciences and planning who will capitalise on the depth of information available from our EPR.
The role will suit someone who has experience of and enjoys developing new functions and ways of working across organisations and is confident in engaging with very senior stakeholders.
The Director of Analytics and Insight will develop and deliver the Trust's strategy to strengthen the business planning process and integrate into the Trust's performance governance; improve the reporting and insights that facilitate early escalation of risks including through the Integrated Performance Report; and ensure that the Business Intelligence and Analytics functions provide the Trust and stakeholders with comprehensive business intelligence and analysis, developing the technical foundations to achieve this.
