About the Team

About the Role

As the Corporate Director of Account Management UK you will manage a global team of Account Managers who achieve and surpass dollar renewal‑rate targets through renewals and deepening and widening their accounts. You will expand the Account Management Team and drive AlphaSense’s business success forward.

Candidate Requirements
  • 10 years of work experience in sales, account management or client success, with 3 years of direct people‑management experience with SaaS products

  • Experience operationalizing the customer journey
  • Intelligent, articulate, consultative and confident client‑facing professional
  • Motivation and ability to contribute to a dynamic, entrepreneurial team culture

What You’ll Do
  • Directly lead a team of Corporate Account Managers to achieve and surpass dollar renewal‑rate targets and identify growth opportunities
  • Drive successful customer outcomes by increasing renewal rates, reducing churn and expanding revenue through deeper relationships and higher product adoption
  • Deliver revenue growth and forecasting, drive customer outcomes, talent management and development, and shape the customer narrative through data
  • Coach and mentor team members on call coaching, development, best practices and accountability
  • Provide transparent insight into your team’s performance to leadership
  • Recruit top talent and participate in hiring and onboarding, from interviewing to shepherding new hires in their first months
  • Collaborate with sales to drive successful growth outcomes
