A growing data insights firm in the UK is seeking a Corporate Director of Account Management to lead their team and achieve renewal targets. The role involves driving customer outcomes, coaching the team, and collaborating with sales for growth. The Customer Success team is composed of a highly trained Product Specialist group and Account Managers who provide strategic guidance to our robust book of business spanning Fortune 1000 businesses and some of the largest financial institutions in the world. We obsess over customers, ensuring they have the right data to make the best decision possible, while maximizing product usage and uncovering opportunities to grow the business.
As the Corporate Director of Account Management UK you will manage a global team of Account Managers who achieve and surpass dollar renewal‑rate targets through renewals and deepening and widening their accounts. You will expand the Account Management Team and drive AlphaSense’s business success forward.
