Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in a financial role within a recognised advisory practice or large corporate setting.

Role

We are seeking an experienced Director who is passionate about financial modelling and driven by growth. The role will involve leading, developing and inspiring a team of modelling professionals to create, analyse and optimise complex financial models, ensuring.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the growth and development of the financial modelling team [In Country]
• Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments
• Provide strategic guidance and insight into the structuring and development of models
• Discuss commercial issues with clients and ensure they are accurately reflected in the model
• Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modelling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation
• Lead in the planning of resources across the team
• Develop and inspire a market‑leading team
• Instil a collaborative, high‑performing culture
• Lead in the growth of the financial modelling practice [In country]
• Lead in the business development and growth ambitions of a key sector of the business

Key Skills And Qualifications

• Experience with the FAST financial modelling standard is desirable
