Job summary

Tony Gee and Partners is seeking an Associate Director/Director to lead its Marine Civil Infrastructure practice from any UK office (Ashford, Glasgow, Manchester or Birmingham preferred). You will drive strategy, oversee design, and manage multi-disciplinary teams on ports, harbours, and naval base projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Chartered engineer with significant leadership in marine civil projects.
• Minimum 15 years of consultancy in marine civil engineering (ports, harbours, terminals, docks).
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and bid leadership experience.

Responsibilities
