Tandem Search is expanding its global footprint and launching a dedicated Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) practice to support our growing portfolio of multinational banks, professional services firms, and consulting clients across EMEA, the US, and APAC.

We are seeking an exceptional Director or Managing Principal to build, lead, and scale this new RPO offering from London.

This is a rare opportunity to own a new business line within a fast-growing firm, shape the go-to-market proposition, and build a global delivery capability from the ground up.

About the Role
As the RPO Business Builder, you will :
  • Develop and execute the end-to-end strategy for Tandem Search’s RPO practice, from proposition design to commercial execution.
  • Lead enterprise sales cycles with global banks, consulting firms, and large corporates.
  • Build, mentor, and scale an RPO delivery team covering global locations (UAE, KSA, UK, US, India).
  • Own P&L, revenue forecasting, pricing models, and client success frameworks.
  • Create compelling RPO solutions that integrate sourcing, assessment, talent intelligence, EVP, and onboarding excellence.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to C-suite and HR leadership on workforce planning and talent acquisition optimisation.
