Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Director to drive its indirect tax transformation and technology-enabled advisory practices. You will shape growth in a specialist team and be supported by national Tax Transformation and Technology leadership to achieve ambitious goals.

The role targets leadership across London, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow, with a hands-on approach to technical excellence and client delivery. A self-starter mindset and broad tax knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of indirect taxes and related governance.
• Experience driving tax transformation programs and implementing e-invoicing or determination engines.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Proven track record in large, multi-workstream programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with blue-chip clients across sectors to deliver engagements.
• Lead project delivery with partners and mentor junior staff to ensure exceptional service.
• Oversee end-to-end technology implementations with client teams and SI partners.
• Identify and implement technology solutions and process improvements across tax domains.
