Job summary

Replimune seeks a Director, HR Business Partner to lead HRBP support for Milton Park, UK, working closely with leaders and the HR team. The role drives employee relations, performance management, onboarding and development to support rapid business growth.

The role requires on-site presence at least four days per week in Milton Park, with 10–15% travel to the Boston area. Strong biotech/BD experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of broad HR experience with employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition and other HR disciplines.
• 3+ years in HRBP roles working with senior leaders as internal clients.
• Biotech industry or lab environment experience is strongly preferred; familiarity with R&D functions.
• Ability to influence leaders and stakeholders with service, maturity and business acumen.
• Strong operational and business acumen to partner with senior leaders and drive objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HRBP support for site teams, covering HR policies, employee relations, performance and development.
• Advise leaders on complex HR issues, focusing on ER, performance, and recruitment to support growth.
• Drive employee engagement programs and align with culture, mission, vision, and values.
• Ensure compliance with UK labor laws, policies, and practices.
• Manage UK HR processes like onboarding and year-end performance management.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards to support programs and growth.
• Coordinate with US team on leaves of absence for the UK; lead benefits orientation.
• Identify and implement HR process improvements for a fast-growth org.
• Provide guidance on complex questions and participate in cross-functional projects.
