The Director, Group, Meetings & Events (GM&E) will lead Hilton’s GM&E strategy for the UK & Ireland, focusing on intermediary agencies and group direct segments. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring Hilton remains an innovative leader in the meetings and events space. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders across agency partners and corporate group direct accounts while leading and motivating a high‑performing sales team.
Work Location: Hilton – Regional Headquarters, Europe – Maple Court, Central Park, Reeds Crescent, Watford, WD24 4QQ.
