Job summary

EY UK Tax TARAS team is seeking a skilled professional to lead complex tax compliance and reporting engagements in a dynamic, multi-country environment.

You will develop strong client relationships, manage advisory projects, and work with specialist tax teams to deliver high-quality tax accounting services. The role emphasizes continuous development and opportunities to drive new engagements in a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• ACA / CA / ACCA / CTA or equivalent required.
• HMRC Tax Inspector with full Technical Training Course considered equivalent.
• Law qualification with relevant tax experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex tax compliance and reporting engagements, ensuring technical accuracy and high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
• Manage the delivery of related advisory and consulting projects, maintaining accountability for service excellence.
• Collaborate effectively with other specialist tax teams across the business.
• Contribute to internal relationship-building and firm-wide initiatives.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including converting leads into engagements.
