Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals seeks a Director for Global Patient Safety Sciences Delivery in Rare Disease. The role leads a Safety Scientists team, partners with Directors to standardize signal detection, and ensures compliant safety surveillance and reporting.

Based in Uxbridge with a hybrid model (3 days on site) and up to 25% travel, the role reports to the ED, GPS Delivery. Advanced PV experience and leadership are required to drive a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare with 12+ years PV experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Safety Sciences Delivery activities and SOPs.
• Coordinate signal detection, safety surveillance, and DSP/DSUR support across Rare Disease.
• Drive training programs and knowledge management for GPS staff.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, and Biostats to support GPS portfolio.
• Build and scale a high-performing, diverse team with succession planning.
