Qualifications

• 10+ years in Funds Finance industry, 2+ years at Director level.
• Proven track record in originating and executing subscription and NAV fund finance transactions.
• Experience in structuring and negotiating transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage fund finance transactions as the Deal Principal.
• Collaborate with Transaction Management team for execution and negotiations.
• Identify opportunities for increasing client value and ESG-related lending volumes.
• Maintain and develop senior-level sponsor relationships.
• Originate various fund financing products.
