Hilton is seeking an experienced F&B Director to lead the development and opening of world-class Food & Beverage concepts across Europe, including the UK & Ireland. You will drive end-to-end F&B development from concept through to opening, coordinating with owners, developers, architects, operators and brand teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences and strong commercial performance.

You will own the design sign-off, drive value engineering, manage snags and enable smooth post-opening

Qualifications

• Demonstrates extensive operational experience in hotels/restaurants - front & back of house.
• Strong Project Management capability.
• Verbal & Written Communication skills – up to executive level.
• Ability to Build Relationships across multiple functions & levels - internal & external.
• Shows Leadership outside of direct team via influencing and motivational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead F&B Concept Development from concept to opening for Hilton hotels in Europe, including UK & Ireland.
• Drive design sign-off processes and ensure efficient operational workflows across Front and Back of House.
• Deliver commercially successful openings with value engineering and post-opening reviews.
• Act as a trusted F&B expert across masterplanning, conversions and third-party projects.
