A leading financial recruitment agency is seeking a motivated Financial Adviser to join a Financial Planning firm in Guildford. This role involves building new client relationships, managing existing clients, and contributing to the growth of financial planning services. Ideal candidates will hold a minimum of Level 4 qualification and possess excellent communication skills, with a focus on client service. Qualifications

• Minimum Level 4 qualified, ideally progressing towards Level 6.
• Current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).
• Demonstrated success in developing new business.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop new client relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date client files.
• Plan and deliver against the annual Business Plan.
• Collaborate with the director group for growth.
• Lead structured client meetings, ensuring compliance.

Skills

Level 4 qualified (minimum)

Proven ability to develop and manage fee-based client relationships

Strong understanding of financial planning practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong client service ethic

Experience working with vulnerable clients (advantageous)

Education

Level 4 qualification

Progressing towards Level 6
