A leading media and entertainment company is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to conduct investigations of workplace concerns and support positive employee relations initiatives. Ideal candidates should have significant HR experience or hold a law degree with at least 5 years in employment law in the UK. Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills are essential. This role includes conducting training sessions and collaborating with various teams to enhance workplace culture.

Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well‑capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure‑play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin‑off is expected to be completed during 2025.

This role will be responsible for conducting, coordinating, and handling internal investigations of employment‑related complaints. This role will also assist with enterprise‑wide efforts to support positive employee relations, which will include the development and implementation of training programs, focus groups and other initiatives. This position will report to the VP of Fair Employment Practices & Policies.
