As Director of Executive Programs & Global Engagement, you will own and lead FICO's global strategy for C-suite relationship building, executive engagement, and VIP customer programs, a senior, highly visible role sitting at the intersection of marketing, sales, and executive leadership, with a mandate to deepen FICO's relationships with the most senior decision-makers at our most strategic accounts worldwide. You'll design and execute programs that introduce FICO to new executive audiences and strengthen existing C-suite relationships, owning global executive events, VIP sponsorship programs, Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), executive briefings, and thought leadership initiatives. You'll lead and develop a growing team, initially two interns based in India and EMEA, with the expectation both may convert to full-time roles as the team scales, coaching and mentoring while driving world-class program execution. This role is ideal for a seasoned B2B marketing leader who combines strategic vision with strong operational discipline, energised by building executive relationships at scale across global markets.
