Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Director in the UK within Europe Wayfinders to lead strategic technology-enabled transformation initiatives for key clients. You will drive growth, win engagements, and mentor senior consultants while shaping the go-to-market strategy and scalable offerings.

Working across Europe, you’ll collaborate with partners to build credibility, manage high-stakes relationships, and deliver measurable outcomes that propel Wayfinders’ growth in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience at Director level in a tier-one consultancy or equivalent role in a technology advisory practice.
• Ability to build consulting relationships, shape opportunities and support business development.
• Experience shaping strategic initiatives and go-to-market offerings in IT value transformation, cyber security, or data & AI.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior decision-makers.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to lead, develop and inspire diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Identifying growth opportunities and developing strategic initiatives to expand Wayfinders market presence and revenue streams.
• Leading the creation of compelling proposals and client presentations to generate consulting revenue.
• Mentoring and developing consultants to foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture.
• Leading large or complex multi-disciplinary engagements across industries with quality delivery.
