Job description
Overview

As the Director of Corporate Strategy for LEGO Digital Play, you’ll be part of the strategic leadership that is helping shape the future of digital play the world over. You lead high impact strategy engagements from problem framing through results. You turn ambiguity into a clear work plan, guide a small team of consultants and analysts, and partner with senior stakeholders to make decisions and follow through to outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Frame the problem, build the issue tree, and set a hypothesis driven workplan with milestones, risks, and decision gates
  • Run day to day delivery across multiple workstreams, sequencing the analysis, clearing blockers, and raising crisp choices at the right time
  • Build the core artifacts that drive decisions including market and customer insight, competitive reads, financial models, and executive ready storylines
  • Translate decisions into action through OKRs, implementation plans, PMO rhythm, and measurable impact tracking
  • Coach, develop, and quality control a small team, raising the bar on structure, analysis, and communication
  • Manage senior stakeholders through steering committees, decision logs, and tight pre reads so meetings decide not discuss
  • Lead fact packs and diligence for corporate strategy, product strategy, M&A, and analytics initiatives, partnering closely with Finance, Product, and Operations teams and leads
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • Experience in consulting or equivalent internal strategy roles, with experience managing teams and workstreams
  • Proven track record leading multi month engagements from scoping through impact realization
  • Fluency in financial modeling, market sizing, and experiment design
  • Strong stakeholder management across executive, product, and cross functional partners
  • Talent for developing people through clear expectations, direct feedback, and active coaching
  • Familiarity with media, technology, and entertainment trends and business issues; gaming-specific knowledge preferred
  • Ability to travel internationally as necessary
