Job summary

GSK is seeking a Control Domain Owner to define and govern the Control data domain across R&D, Global Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory. You will set standards, manage priorities and drive scalable data products supporting structured regulatory submissions and SPQS capabilities.

You will coordinate with SPQS Lead Data Steward, technology teams and delivery partners to implement governance across SAP, LIMS and related systems, ensuring data quality and consistency for regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a life sciences related field.
• Extensive experience in pharma development, manufacturing, regulatory, quality or supply chain.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in large matrix organisations.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver strategy, roadmaps and governance for the Control data domain.
• Act as the accountable business owner for Control domain priorities and risks.
• Collaborate with R&D, Global Supply Chain, Regulatory and Quality to align data standards.
• Define requirements for Digital Specifications and future control data products.
• Drive alignment of Control data across multiple functions and platforms.
• Partner with SPQS Data Steward to embed governance and data quality controls.
• Establish rules, definitions and standards for regulatory data and SPQS capabilities.
• Work with Technology teams to support SAP, LIMS and related platforms.
