Position Overview

Join CGI and take a leading role in shaping the future of the UK Higher Education sector. As a senior strategic voice within our Advisory Team, you’ll guide universities through their most ambitious transformation challenges, expand our market presence and create innovative propositions that deliver measurable impact. You’ll influence sector‑wide change, strengthen client relationships and drive growth by combining deep industry insight with a bold, forward‑looking approach. Future Duties and Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the growth of CGI’s Higher Education practice by shaping sector strategy, expanding client relationships and designing compelling propositions that support universities in achieving their strategic goals. You will engage directly with senior stakeholders, helping them navigate complex digital and organisational transformation agendas while ensuring CGI becomes a trusted strategic partner across the sector.

You will also build new offerings aligned to emerging HE needs, seeking out innovative opportunities, developing high‑value proposals and contributing to the creation of sector‑wide thought leadership. Your work will directly influence CGI’s market presence, ensuring client satisfaction and supporting sustainable long‑term growth.

  • Lead & Influence: Build strong relationships with C‑suite leaders and guide sector‑wide transformation.
  • Develop & Deliver: Shape targeted HE propositions and create a meaningful pipeline of opportunities.
  • Grow & Strengthen: Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing accounts.
  • Innovate & Inspire: Identify emerging HE needs and design high‑impact value‑based offerings.
  • Collaborate & Elevate: Partner across CGI to align capabilities to sector demand and enhance delivery success.
Required Qualifications

You should bring deep Higher Education sector experience, a track record in delivering digital transformation, and strong credibility with senior stakeholders. You’ll need proven consulting expertise, the ability to develop compelling propositions and a background in driving business growth through trusted advisory relationships.
