Cencora is seeking a Director of Commercial Supply Chain in London to lead end-to-end supply chain planning, capacity planning, and network optimization. You will drive standardized processes across warehousing, import/export and distribution, coordinating with operations, manufacturing, quality, and external partners to maximize service level and cost efficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or higher in supply chain, logistics, operations management, business administration, or related field.
• Master's degree in supply chain, operations, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning/operations, logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in a management role.
• CSCP/CPIM or PMP certifications preferred.

• Directs supply chain planning and operating activities across inventory strategy, capacity planning, network support, and distribution execution to improve service, cost, and continuity outcomes.
• Oversees development and use of planning models, business cases, and analyses informing network decisions and resource priorities.
• Establishes standardized operating processes across warehousing, import and customs activities, to strengthen compliance and execution consistency.
• Drives cross-functional alignment with operations, manufacturing, quality, transportation, sales and external partners to resolve complex issues and support product flow.
• Governs performance by defining measures, budgets, and trade-offs to improve productivity and customer service.
• Leads strategic projects by setting priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring delivery against service, cost and compliance objectives.
• Builds capability by coaching leaders and promoting continuous improvement across planning and operations.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.* Demonstrates deep knowledge of supply chain planning and operations, including demand planning, inventory planning and optimization, supply planning, forecasting, distribution network support, and continuity planning.* Applies strong strategic and analytical capability to evaluate network options, interpret complex operational data, model trade-offs, and translate findings into executable business recommendations.* Demonstrates strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams, influence senior decision-makers, and manage external partners in complex operating environments.* Applies strong knowledge of regulatory-adherent process design, operational controls, and compliance-focused execution across distribution, import/export, and service-critical supply chain activities.* Uses sound judgment, financial acumen, and change leadership to balance service, quality, cost, risk, and scalability objectives across multiple initiatives and business needs.
