Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in London is seeking a Director, Business Development to drive sponsorship growth for Live Nation’s Sponsorship Division.

You will develop sales roadmaps, identify new revenue opportunities, and partner with Sales leadership and Integrated Marketing to translate Live Nation’s assets into brand partnerships. The role requires strategic thinking, exceptional negotiation and relationship management across global brands, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Senior Manager/Director level in BD/partnerships.
• Proven track record closing complex marketing partnerships.
• Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and refine pitch materials and deal structures.
• Provide strategic support to the sales team.
• Collaborate to develop high-impact proposals that meet client needs.
• Bridge Sales, Integrated Marketing and other stakeholders to optimise responses.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across venues and multi-market festivals.
