I'm currently working with a leading Property Company who are looking to add a Director level Building Surveyor to their outstanding London team.

This is a team I know very well having placed 4 Directors and 2 AD's into over the past few years. I'm delighted to now be looking for a Director to join and work alongside one of my previous placements.

You will be joining to work across Project and Professional work and working directly with some of London's most impressive 'Trophy' portfolios.

You will also be at the forefront of their Green advisory initiative, helping clients realise their aims on sustainability, ESG and De-carbonisation whilst maximising commercial benefits.

This is a very exciting opportunity to join a busy, growing, innovative team with a hugely impressive client list, (Crown Estates, Columbia Threadneedle, Aviva.........) working on some of the most exciting portfolios in London and working alongside a truly outstanding team.
