A property consultancy in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Associate Director or Director level MRICS Building Surveyor. You will lead a growing team of surveyors while managing diverse projects across Industrial and Commercial properties. The role offers a package up to £110k with a strong benefits package.

• Experience in leading teams and managing projects.
• Strong understanding of both Industrial and Commercial properties.

• Work on TDD, Contract Admin, PM and Dilaps for leading Funds and Prop Co's.

Responsibilities

• You will be leading a Team of 4 Building Surveyors, with well structured plans to grow to 8 Surveyors.
• Working on TDD, Contract Admin, PM and Dilaps across an interesting range of Industrials and Commercial property for some of the UK's leading Funds and Prop Co's.
