Qualifications

• 10+ years of post-qualification experience in building surveying and project management.
• Deep expertise in dilapidations, surveys, contract administration, due diligence, and development monitoring.
• Experience in multiple sectors including residential, commercial, retail, and industrial.

Responsibilities

• Head the Building & Project Consultancy offering in the London office.
• Conduct traditional Building and Project Consultancy work.
• Provide detailed technical advice on compliance for stressed or distressed assets.
