Capgemini Invent is seeking a Director for AI Transformation within our Energy Transition & Utilities practice in Glasgow. You will lead AI-enabled transformation programs and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

As part of Capgemini Invent, we are seeking a Director for AI Transformation within our Energy Transition & Utilities practice. This role is pivotal in driving transformation tailored to our clients’ challenges, leveraging our strategic, creative, and scientific capabilities.

The Director will be responsible for leading business development efforts, contributing to major proposals, and shaping consulting engagements. You will establish strategic relationships with technology partners and support account growth across Energy & Utilities clients.

In project delivery, you will lead AI-enabled transformation programs, acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include defining AI strategies, establishing governance models, and supporting clients in implementing digital and AI-enabled transformations.

Internally, you will contribute to capability development, recruitment, and the creation of reusable assets. You will also support the development of consulting, AI, and leadership capabilities across the practice.

We are looking for candidates with significant experience in Consulting and/or Energy & Utilities, exceptional consulting skills, and a proven track record in delivering large-scale transformations. An entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to developing future leaders are essential.
