Job summary

Thermofisher Scientific is seeking a senior leader to drive the deployment and maturity of the PPI Business System across Customer Channels Group, embedding a culture of continuous improvement. The role partners with IT, Digital, Data, Analytics, and AI teams to translate priorities into measurable outcomes across productivity, customer experience, and growth.

You will lead the business-side AI and automation agenda, coach leaders, and ensure disciplined governance of AI and digital productivity

Qualifications

Executive-level leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management expectations.
Strong communication to influence at all levels of the organization.
Working knowledge of AI, automation, workflow redesign, and digital productivity platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment and maturation of the PPI Business System across functions.
Identify business problems, prioritize use cases, define value and adoption plans.
Coach leaders to own execution, connect strategy to daily work, and drive problem solving.
Establish governance, pipeline, and measurable business value for AI/automation initiatives.
Partner with IT, Digital, Data, Analytics, and AI teams to translate priorities into outcomes.
