Our client, one of the renowned international consultancy practices, is seeking a 3+ Direct Taxation Disputes Solicitor to join their London office. What your role will involve:

  • Managing ongoing cases as part of a collaborative team, including liaising with HMRC, tribunals, and supporting client relationships while fostering new connections.
  • Preparing detailed written advice and drafting responses to client and external correspondence.
  • Coordinating with Counsel, including drafting instructions and preparing notes for conferences or consultations.
  • Creating critical legal documents such as notices of appeal, directions, and witness statements.
  • Delivering updates on case law and technical developments to internal teams and presenting insights at client-focused events.

To be considered for this role, you should have relevant experience gained in either a City or large regional firm.
