About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Direct Sourcing Manager to join our team and play a critical role in securing a reliable, competitive, and compliant supply of essential medicines and raw materials. This is a strategic position where you will lead sourcing projects for oncology medicines, homecare patient drugs, and other critical materials, ensuring continuity of supply for patients who depend on our services.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement global and local sourcing strategies that balance cost efficiency, compliance, and supply resilience.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing projects for high‑value, critical medicines and materials.
  • Negotiate complex supply agreements and embed KPIs to ensure quality and patient safety.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and value.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies, including dual sourcing and geographic diversification.
