Job description

Flourish are recruiting for a Direct sales manager based in the South of England responsible for overseeing the performance of an area based BDM team. You will be responsible for managing a team of seven senior sellers who specialise in closing revenue in a face to face capacity. You will also be expected to support your team, attend client sites and do what you can to "move the needle".

• 5 plus years in sales (closing roles)
• Experience managing and coaching high performers
• Experience in the SaaS sector will be beneficial
• Experience managing high performing sales teams
• Ability to travel across the south of England (expenses covered)
• Understanding of Hubspot and other tech stacks
• Ability to liaise with C-Suite stakeholders

Important Information

• A valid driving license is required
• all travel expenses are covered
• The role is remote (south UK) however you will be expected to travel to the Surrey area once or twice a month.
