Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a Direct Access Dental Therapist to join a 7-surgery practice in South Normanton. You will deliver full scope care with autonomy, including prevention, periodontal therapy, and restorative treatments.

• Deliver Full Scope Care – work independently through Direct Access, providing prevention, periodontal therapy, and restorative treatments with autonomy and clinical freedom.
• Structured induction and training supporting compliance, communication, record-keeping, and clinical decision-making.
• Clinical mentorship and support with regular check-ins and access to experienced clinicians for development.
