Parenta in Darenth is offering a Nursery Apprentice role with earnings while you learn. Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:30pm. Starting at £8.00 per hour under the Apprenticeship Wage, with training at the workplace and a national qualification. You will support children aged 0–5, plan activities, and learn with virtual training and a personal tutor. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience and a clear path to Level 2/3 Early Years credentials.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Early Years Practitioner or Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
• Training delivered virtually alongside practical experience.
• Apprenticeship duration: approximately 12–20 months.
• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) or willingness to complete Functional Skills support alongside the course.

The role is for an Apprenticeship:

• Starting pay: £8.00 per hour (Apprentice Minimum Wage)
• Progression: If aged 19+ and continuing beyond the first year, pay will increase to at least the applicable age related National Minimum Wage from year two. Performance and annual reviews may apply thereafter.
