Job description
Purpose of the Role

To lead the planning, delivery, and ongoing management of Bromcom's digital presence, including redeveloping the corporate website and integrating analytics, automation, and content workflows. This role bridges creative, technical, and marketing disciplines to ensure the new website delivers on brand, performance, accessibility, and lead‑generation goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the website redevelopment and CMS migration (Optimizely, Umbraco, or WordPress enterprise).
  • Manage external developers and agencies to deliver the site on time and within budget.
  • Define CMS governance, analytics setup (GA4, GTM), and integration with Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
  • Own website performance, accessibility, and SEO optimisation.
  • Oversee ongoing maintenance, updates, and documentation to avoid legacy code issues.
Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Experience leading website redevelopment or CMS migration projects.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms such as Optimizely, Umbraco, or WordPress.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, GTM, and SEO best practices.
  • Strong understanding of UX, accessibility, and responsive design.

Desirable

  • CRM or marketing automation integration experience (Dynamics 365, ClickDimensions).
