  • Effectively manage production timelines to ensure projects are executed on time.
  • Maintain proficiency and knowledge in the latest trends, technology and best practices for digital video content on YouTube & ESPN owned and operated digital platforms.
  • Ensuring edits meet ESPN’s editorial, visual, and brand standards; delivering accurate, well‑researched video content.
  • Hitting deadlines for daily content and bigger productions effectively and independently.
  • Ensuring content is technically optimised for YouTube/web & app best practice (Correct metadata, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails).
  • Being dependable on shoots and during fast‑turnaround moments.
  • Representing the team professionally in cross‑functional meetings.
  • Making sound calls when reacting to breaking news or fast‑moving sports stories.
