Job summary

Mastek is seeking a Business Process Consultant to lead end-to-end analysis for a major digital transformation programme in Leeds or London. The role requires three days on client site weekly and involves designing Target Operating Models, governance, and readiness activities to ensure successful cloud-based service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis, BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma or related certifications is advantageous.
• Ability to design and implement TOMs for scalable service delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process analysis across digital transformation initiatives.
• Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOMs) for efficient service delivery.
• Drive operational readiness activities including assessments and go-live prep.
• Establish and maintain process governance with clear ownership and decision-making.
• Lead business transition activities for adoption of new systems and processes.
