ROLE OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to join a leading Information Technology company based in the West Midlands area. As the Digital Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for driving digital innovation and efficiency within the organisation.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Automate back office systems to reduce the administrative burden on operational teams by using advanced data and technology.
  2. Collaborate with the onsite management team to enhance the quality and utilisation of data to meet operational and client requirements.
  3. Own and continuously improve back office processes to ensure they are accurate, lean, and fit for purpose.
  4. Develop and implement the latest technological advances to drive the digitisation of services and support the delivery of a data-driven approach to service management.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
  1. Relevant degree in Science, Business, Information Systems, Environmental Sciences, or Geographical Information Science.
  2. Proven experience in operational or analytical management supporting business change.
  3. A working knowledge and practical experience with data analysis tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, and a practical understanding of Power BI, SQL, or GIS is desirable.
