About the Digital Trading Team

The UK Digital Trading team is leading our broker Digital Trading strategy which is defining our product, technology, distribution and service requirements. Central to the team is delivery and ownership of products on various IT platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Trading Team as a Support Analyst to deliver our roadmap across various IT platforms. As a Support Analyst you will be working closely with the Digital Trading Analysts to develop your analytical skills which includes supporting testing of new changes and the ongoing maintenance of our suite of Digital products for Commercial, Personal and Specialty lines of business. Whilst maintaining our customer service by engaging with both brokers and internal customers. You will have the ability to handle a high volume of queries while testing across multiple systems. You will need to be able to learn quickly and communicate clearly across the business and with different types of stakeholders.

What you will be doing

Support the UAT delivery with the effective testing of projects and small change to ensure the successful delivery of our roadmap. Handle end to end management of Broker and internal customer issues, including general queries, system defects, and test and communicate when fixes have been released. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on system queries; setting expectations, keeping everyone updated in a timely manner and escalating if needed. Investigate the root cause of issues raised by users. Support with Broker system demonstrations, providing system and technical training to a variety of different stakeholders. Complete user requests where they are standard repeatable tasks. Maintain user guides, updating them to reflect frequently raised issues or training requirements. Regularly review and identify opportunities to improve our Digital Trading processes. Support our Digital Trading Analysts with analysis and optimisation tasks.

Must haves
  • Recent graduate looking for a role with training and development within Insurance and technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, possessing the confidence to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels internally and externally.
  • Analytical approach to work; able to ask the right questions to get to the root cause of issues or to ensure requirements and rationale are well understood.
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking, and driven individual with a focus on providing the best possible service.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload to meet tight deadlines, using analysis and data to support decision making.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of a task from start to finish.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to multitask and produce work with a sense of urgency, working to timescales.
