Job summary

Burnside High School is seeking a proactive Teacher of Technology specialising in Digital Technology and Electronics to join our Technology Faculty on a full-time fixed-term contract from 27 January to 10 December 2027. The role covers a range of year levels and may include programming delivery.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues, support student learning, and contribute to culturally responsive teaching and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Qualifications

• Certificated teacher with current practicing certificate or equivalent.
• Ability to teach programming would be advantageous.
• Experience with Cambridge programmes is helpful as the school explores this pathway.
