Location: Remote | Must be UK based

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for creators, offering career guidance, brand development, and partnership strategy
• Source, pitch, and negotiate brand collaborations that align with each creator’s audience, values, and goals
• Identify new growth opportunities across social platforms, product lines, events, and media
• Maintain strong relationships with brands, PR agencies, and industry contacts to maximize opportunities for creators
• Monitor campaign results, engagement data, and creator performance to inform strategy and future deals
• Identify and onboard emerging creators who align with the agency’s vision and client needs

Main Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a talent agent within a talent agency (working with digital)
• Proven success negotiating and closing high-value brand or media partnerships
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
