Drive digital innovation and transformation as our Digital Systems and Development Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in modernising services for the Wiltshire Pension Fund, helping to deliver smarter, more efficient and customer-focused ways of working. Working at the heart of the Fund, you will lead the development of digital solutions that improve service delivery, strengthen data quality and enhance the experience of members, employers and colleagues.

As the technical lead for digital systems and services, you will identify, design and deliver improvements across business systems, online services, self‑service platforms, digital communications and customer contact channels. You will work closely with operational teams, ICT colleagues, software suppliers and external stakeholders to develop solutions that reduce manual processes, improve reporting and support regulatory compliance. You will also play a key role in shaping the Fund’s approach to automation and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.

This is a varied role combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will develop business cases and project plans, oversee system enhancements, support cyber security and information governance requirements, and use performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Acting as a trusted adviser, you will provide specialist guidance to colleagues and help embed secure, efficient and scalable digital practices across the service.

We are looking for a proactive and innovative professional with strong technical knowledge, excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. If you are passionate about digital transformation, enjoy turning ideas into practical solutions and want to make a real difference to the future of pension services, we would love to hear from you.
