The Role
In this dynamic position, you'll be the bridge between technology and learning-helping both staff and students confidently use the digital platforms that power our college. This is a front-line, user-focused role-not your traditional break/fix IT job.
You'll support everything from onboarding students and assisting with Wi-Fi and logins, to helping educators use digital tools in the classroom. You'll help troubleshoot common challenges, develop digital guides and video tutorials, and even contribute to exciting innovations like immersive education using VR.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone with at least 1 year of IT or digital support experience, and a proactive, positive attitude. You'll need a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud-based tools, great interpersonal skills, and a real desire to support others in their digital journey.
Bonus points for experience in education, e-learning tools, or an interest in Esports-but your passion for digital engagement is what matters most.
