A leading media company located in London is seeking a Digital Subscriptions Executive. This hybrid role involves supporting digital subscription strategy, executing A/B tests, and managing project timelines. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years' experience in a related field and high proficiency in Google Workspace. As the Digital Subscriptions Executive, you will play a crucial support role in the delivery of our digital subscription strategy. You will contribute meaningfully to the execution of initiatives, compiling reports, create presentations, and manage project timelines. You will develop skills in proposition development, product and proposition optimisation, project and stakeholder management.
You will support the team in understanding customer needs and translating these into viable digital subscription propositions. Your work will directly help ensure our digital propositions are performing against key performance indicators (KPIs).
You will be an important part of our quest for continuous improvement. You’ll support the Digital Experience Manager in the running and reporting on A/B tests, with the goal of providing the best possible customer experience. This will involve identifying where tests could provide a revenue uplift and mapping out customer journey plans to pinpoint optimisation opportunities.
You will become experienced in using our internal paywall and CMS systems to execute your tests. While not essential, some experience with basic coding would be a significant advantage. You’ll also measure results and use those insights to inform future strategies, ensuring our established propositions remain competitive and effective.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Customer, you will help deliver our digital subscription strategy. You will assist with initiatives that drive revenue for the business, supporting the Digital Subscription teams Managers with project management of new launches and to help with continuous proposition optimisations. Your work will be central to ensuring that our digital propositions are successfully brought to market and continuously improved to meet performance targets.
The expected range for this role is £26,500 - £30,000
