You’ll be responsible for managing studio workflows, maintaining brand consistency, and optimising production processes using tools like Jira and AI‑driven platforms. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments and knows how to balance creative quality with speed and scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver creative assets for campaigns, D2C always‑on content, and channel exclusives
  • Manage end‑to‑end production workflows using Jira, ensuring transparency and efficiency
  • Implement automation and AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Creative X, Dragonfly) to improve turnaround time and quality
  • Own production schedules, resource planning, and team allocation across multiple concurrent projects
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear briefs and smooth delivery
  • Maintain detailed trackers, calendars, and status updates across all active workstreams
  • Oversee asset storage, version control, and library hygiene, including AI‑assisted tagging and search
  • Act as final quality control on all creative outputs, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy
  • Report on studio performance and team bandwidth, continuously identifying areas to optimise
Skills and Experience Required
  • 5+ years’ experience in content production or creative operations, ideally in‑house or at an embedded agency
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high‑volume production across digital, video, and campaign content
  • Experience working across European markets, including localisation and translation workflows
  • Advanced skills in Jira (or similar tools) for project and workflow management
  • Hands‑on experience with asset management systems and content library organisation
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools for creative production
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with a passion for process improvement and creative quality
  • Confident multitasker who can manage deadlines, dependencies, and production risks
Personal Attributes
  • Proactive and solution‑oriented, with a hands‑on leadership style
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑output environment
  • Comfortable navigating change and scaling new processes
  • Strong collaborator, able to bring clarity and structure to creative delivery
  • Passionate about innovation, efficiency, and producing outstanding content
Salary & Benefits
  • Competitive salary (based on experience)
  • Hybrid working model (4 days in‑office, 1 day WFH)
  • Opportunity to lead a new studio operation and shape scalable production processes
  • Work with cutting‑edge AI and automation tools in a forward‑thinking environment
