Job description

This is a dynamic, full-time leadership role that blends operational management with strategic innovation.

You’ll be responsible for our Digital Skills Training Centre in Paddock Wood and our community Outreach service, shaping them into one integrated digital inclusion programme.

This position combines operational leadership with innovation: overseeing service delivery, staff, and client outcomes while also shaping new approaches, partnerships that support Compaid’s sustainability and growth.

Responsible to: Head of Services & Business Development, Amanda Sheer.

Responsible for: Training Centre staff & volunteers, Outreach Lead, Training Centre care staff, work experience placement student.

Location: Unit 1, Eastlands, Paddock Wood; Outreach locations across Kent & Medway.

Salary: (FTE) £27,300 per annum.

Hours: Minimum 28 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and inspiring staff, trainers, and volunteers
