Overview

Digital Signage Content Operations Manager. Location: Nottinghamshire (Hybrid). Salary: Negotiable.

We're looking for an experienced Content Operations Manager with strong man management and leadership experience to oversee the delivery of large-scale digital signage and AV content projects.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both the creative and operational sides of content delivery - managing teams, workflows, and client campaigns to ensure every on-screen message is delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest standard.

The Role
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing operations team
  • Manage the planning, scheduling, and delivery of digital signage and AV content
  • Oversee team performance, training, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency
  • Coordinate workflows between creative, design, and technical departments
  • Oversee content scheduling systems and ensure accurate, timely campaign delivery
  • Maintain brand consistency and content quality across all client platforms
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling escalations professionally
  • Manage third-party suppliers and technology partners
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and team performance
About You
  • Proven man management and team leadership experience in content operations, digital signage, AV, or broadcast media
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms, asset management systems, and digital content workflows
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organisational skills
  • Commercially aware with experience in budgeting, reporting, and operational planning
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with multiple ongoing projects
